The Hayate Ventures Shizuoka are set to take on the Saitama Seibu Lions in a Farm League Central region contest on Tuesday, May 12, 2026. First pitch is scheduled for 1:00 PM at Churu Hayate Field, with the Lions batting first and Hayate defending as the home team. 
This is the sixth meeting between the two clubs in the regular season. 
The Lions currently hold a 22-17 record, tied for second place in the division, while Hayate sit at the bottom with a 10-25 mark. 
Both teams will look to gain momentum as the first half of the season progresses, with Seibu aiming to challenge the league-leading DeNA BayStars and Hayate desperately needing a win to climb out of last place.
